For your buying pleasure: Table Stand with Base for the Luxury Monopoly Collectors Edition Game made by the Franklin Mint. No returns! Local pickup or delivery is an option Condition – Very Good. It was displayed. Looks better than average. Still, this is a 30+ year old item that was displayed. There are nicks and and scuffs here and there. Some were touched up. The table may appear a bit wobbly, but this could be addressed with adding a sticky support under the leg. The drawers pull out and close with minimal effort. There could other issues I missed. The items in the last few images are not included International buyers - please contact me and I can try to assist with lower shipping cost.Please examine the high resolution pictures closely for condition. For your buying pleasure: 2 Optional Chairs for the Luxury Monopoly Collectors Edition Game made by the Franklin Mint. No returns! Local pickup or delivery is an option.Price is for 2 chairs. Condition – This pair is among the nicest ones I had seen. They appears to have been stored for about 25-30 years in the original box and original packing. I could hardly find any scuffs or nicks. These chairs were produced to enhance the appearance of the luxury edition when combined with the stand. The chairs may appear a bit wobbly, but once you sit down they feel solid sturdy. There could minor issues I missed. The box has a lot of external wear.
