The base sits securely on the table and then the monopoly board (not included) is securely sits on top of the base.See last photo that shows the full setup of a similar game. Condition –Nice condition! Was on display, so you will see some nicks on wood and scuffs. Some were touched up with furniture pen. Especially at the base of the foot. No cracks or repairs that I can see. Please see images. Surely this item will enhance value of your investment in this upscale game. The items in the last two images are not included. I could add some accessories, if you are missing any or want to have spares (like hotels, houses, tokens, etc...).
