This collectible set features 50 silver proofs of some of the world's most famous stamps, curated by the International Society of Postmasters. The silver material and striking design make these pieces an excellent addition to any collection. The set includes stamps from different countries and eras, all beautifully crafted by the Franklin Mint. The set has not been modified in any way and is in excellent condition. There is also a sheet showing each stamp and it's correct location.This collection also includes the official sterling silver proofs book which includes the Certificate of Authenticity and 2 pages of information per stamp with lots of details about each one.Lastly, the collection includes a Franklin Mint brochure about the company back in 1977.All of the sterling silver stamps are in perfect condition and look awesome.The collection weighs out at 22 ounces so at around $31.77 per ounce (on 5-28) this is worth $698 just for the silver so it it set at a great price!!!!A perfect addition to anyone collecting Franklin Mint stuff!!
